“Definitely forgot how chill this place is. Some days its a younger crowd, some are wiser crowds; luckily I can play tunes with both crowds and still relax.Good prices, Good service and a pool table. Slots have done me good too as long as I don't get greedy so enjoy.“

The atmosphere was fantastic, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service from our server, Tina. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. “As a tourist the night shift was good. Went during the day got a huge hold in my card for 1 drink. Ordered a second, stepped outside to smoke someone picked up my drink and snaked right after I went outside and the bartender acted like this was a normal thing. Embarrassing! (Edit) The bartender did make an effort to go out of her way to make sure I felt accommodated after the incident and took what I had to say to heart. Preemptive review, exactly that. Not too shabby. “Cork & Kerry is a Southside iconic pub. It has a great atmosphere, beer & drink selection. The service is great. It's the type of place you will run into someone you know. They don't serve food there, but they will let you bring it in. There is a great party room for any occasion. There is plenty of room for at least 75 people comfortably. You can bring in your own decorations, food, and desserts. They will let you run an open bar tab or customize the occasion to your price range. Parking can be tricky depending on what day of the week you visit. There is only free street parking. You may have to drive to a side street unless it's not busy. Overall, Cork & Kerry is a great Southside Irish bar to visit.“

“I usually stop here since it's on my mail route and I can tell you that they have great food and great drinks I had their buttermilk chicken sandwich with portage park tater tots and it was very good I highly recommend this spot espically for happy hour also the staff is amazing they always make me feel welcome“

“This is a really nice spot to hang out. It's quiet enough you can have a conversation and they have sports on the multiple TVs. When the weather is nice, they also have outdoor seating. The bar staff is friendly. They also have probably my favorite food in all of Avondale. I highly recommend the wings or the nachos, but everything I've had is very quality.“

“Would have given 5 stars but all the tables are high tops or stools at the bar need some regular height tables and chairs however the staff is great and they pour a great pint the owner is very neighborhood friendly and does alot of good things for church and charities“

“This is the perfect neighborhood bar. Cash only! Bartenders are friendly and properly trained to make drinks. No food, but you can order door dash or whatever. Good beer list at reasonable prices. Pool Tables are free. Love that this is in walking distance from our house.“

Personally, I do not think there is a food establishment that the servers and bartenders seem like great friends, both with each other and with patrons.
