I just want to give a big shout out to the owner Jake very helpful with me today. Stopped what he was doing to help.
Horrible experience. Not once, every time. Today, could not get my order right that consisted of ONE item. I must’ve ordered it at least four times. Then, still wrong at the window. On top of that, they were unbelievably rude about it and blamed me, suggesting I changed my order. Not one person, but 2-3 staff. Literally rolled eyes & walked away from me while I was trying to get the right food. High school, anyone? I’ve tried to get in touch with the owner/operator to no avail....read full review
Rudest staff I’ve experienced in a long while time after time, every time. Also can’t seem to get my order right. But the general disrespect and acting as though customers are a nuisance is rampant among the very young staff there. Too bad, but I’ll be visiting a different location. For as much as this restaurant is supposed to be known for its quick, friendly, accurate service, it’s literally none of those things. Do better.
