“After a 14 hour day I’m looking to grab a quick bite and hit the sheets before I get up and do it again. Head to Culver’s and the drive thru is wrapped around the parking lot. Reluctantly, I decide to stay. After waiting about 2 minutes, a young man walks up and I roll down my window. He explains he would like to take my order to speed the process. This guy has the BEST attitude and demeanor,takes my order and in about 6-7 minutes I’m on my way. Culver’s knocked others out of the park with this service and their people are SO well trained and customer focused. Great job!“

“The Bradley Arby's is actually really nice. Our server's name was Payton K. and she was so sweet. I don't really ever go to Arby's, but my girlfriend likes those potato cakes (back for a limited time) so...those things were delicious. Place is clean and food was surprisingly good.“

“This store is 10 times better than the one in kankakee. Kankakee store most of the time I order chicken melts or chulpa the chicken is dried out so bad you can't chew it. Most of the time, you buy cup nacho cheese. your lucky if you get a tablespoon full. Won't go to the kankakee store anymore. They owed me a chicken chulpa c2 chicken melts. When I went to collect them, they said its been over a month, and the lady no longer worked there.The lady I was with order and guess what she got a salad and the some of the chicken was dried out.“

I asked about types of dressings, only to find out they had only three to choose from. Caesar, Ranch, & a Vinaigrette. I was hoping for A French, or Honey mustard or Blue cheese for the salad. Decided on Ranch. His burger was hot & fresh & so were his fries. My salad was beautiful as well as delicious. The dressing came on the side, as well as the crispy onions for the salad. “While in there restaurant two men were observed with their mask on but pulled down under their chin . When I asked the employee why they did not have them on correctly, she said it was up to them if they want to wear a mask. My remark to her was " it's the law," . She had no reply. Others came in with no mask at all. It will be awhile before we come to your place again. NOT GOOD for all. You should consider all your costumers safety.“
