“10 star for service and a kind soul**********. Today I went to this DQ to make an order that broke my heart. That being a pup cup but with added fudge. That sounds odd to most as it did for the drive thru worker. I believe she may have reached out to the manager and as I repeated the order, he said a child’s ice cream would be more for your money.. all I had to say was, it’s for my old pups last treat. Without hesitation or anymore questions, he said “I got you”, “I fully understand and have it taken care of”, needless to say, I start crying because I knew that he knew the heartbreak I was going through. He spoke such kind understanding words when I pulled up and even got my little Luckia a small serving of just fudge that she could lap up. I sadly didn’t catch his name but I wanted to reach out and tell him Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my hard decisions a little less heartbreaking. I’d add a pics of her enjoying it but doesn’t allow the option.“

“I pulled into drive thru, was told it would be a 10 to 15 minute on a cheeseburger wait because they make everything fresh and there was already one car ahead of me. I said that would be fine and she seemed annoyed. I pulled ahead to wait after paying, sat for about 9 minutes. No big deal. Took the cheeseburger to my fiance for lunch break and they doused it in ketchup and mustard, threw a ridiculous amount of pickles on it, and got condiments all over the wrapper. Ketchup and mustard literally plopped off the wrapper in clumps. Not pictured: the ketchup and mustard on the top and bottom buns soaked almost all the way through the bun. Seems like they were annoyed I didn't leave rather than wait so they'd show me I guess? Anyways, fiancé didn't get to eat in lunch break and I called back to back 4 times and let the phone ring for over a minute each time. Very poor customer service.“

“I just want to say, Stephanie at the Marion IL store is one of the friendliest voices I have heard at a drive thru! The last 2 times I have been there she has been the voice that takes my order and she does it with an attentive ear and pleasant upbeat response!“

“I couldn't find the door to eat inside. It was complicated! I walked halfway around the building and gave up because I was embarrassed.
The food was hot and fresh, though, and they didn't chinz on the blizzard ingredients. Overall, I would recommend it.“

“Very friendly staff and they make the best slushes around! Only complaint is that the screens don’t always work and the card processing takes too long but everyone has an abundance of understanding and patience. The staff works really hard to service all the customers well and keep things moving at a fast pace. It’s a terrific business that I highly recommend!:)“
