“I came through 10/25/25 and ordered nacho fries and the new hot sauce chicken wrap thing. I pulled out of the drive through after an already pleasant experience— and found out that I had REALLY stale fries. Like I’m a person who can make it work, and am 27 years old and have returned food maybe 3 times - but these fries were BAD. The lady was super understanding and brought me fresh fries extra cheese & upgraded my size.
What could have been another “fast food experience” turned into a memorable moment.

“Not to be dramatic but when my dad was on his deathbed in the hospital down the road he wanted taquitos from taco bell so I went to get them and they are a seasonal item so they didn't have it at the moment but the staff suggested I get a beef and cheese roll up toasted so I did and because they offered that suggestion unprompted my dad was able to have the last meal he wanted that was accessible to him and I cannot thank the staff that was working april 25th, 2026 enough. They didn't know who they were making that for or the impact it would have but I will always remember that final act of genuine help that made it so I was able to give me dad what he wanted on his last day with me.
