“I'm so glad that this Taco Bell has done a 180! Our local Taco Bells in the Paducah we're not on my radar because they were so bad for so long. From what I gather the general manager replacement to Dustin is what sparked the drastic change. While visiting friends out of town they would want to go eat at Taco Bell and I was always never very receptive. But every time I tried Taco Bell away from home it seemed to be pretty good. Now we have in Paducah a legitimate Taco Bell location, finally! Thank you Dustin. Thank you Kelli. And thank you Serenity. I appreciate your dedication!“
“Stopped in here recently to take advantage of some rewards on the app. We noticed immediately that something was wrong with the air conditioning. It was really warm in the dining area. The taller gentleman behind the counter seemed to be taking care of the issue by comping folks a large drink. While a small gesture, this is what it takes to make things right and to garner return business. I had a positive customer service experience at this Taco Bell and will remember. Food quality was good and the dining area was well kept.“
