“Hostess and supervisor very rude and think it's okay to degrade a group of older women when all they did was ask for things that should have already been delivered to their table. I couldn't believe how condescending the hostess was to them! To say I'M NOT YOUR WAITRESS!!!! Wow. Then for the supervisor to laugh it off. Unprofessional and because of that, we will not be back.“

“My husband and I stayed overnight in Marion. We had heard that we must dine at Bennie's & ask for their tamales. The first meal the tamales were already gone so we returned 2 days later and voila' we got to enjoy them along with a garlic salad. Delish!“

“Don't come here if you are in a hurry. Because they are not. The parking lot was practically empty and only two tables were occupied when we arrived. We were there 25 minutes before they even dropped the country fried steak into the fryer. $5 for 3 small pieces of paper thin bacon. The gravy was cold. The group that came in much later than us had their food at the same time as us. Toilet paper in the back womens bathroom stall was not accessible. It seemed the latch that allowed that second roll to to be accessible when the first roll was gone was broken. The other toilet looked like it hadn't been flushed in some time. The eating area did appear cleanly. They did keep your coffee cup full.“

“Went with my family for supper tonight, was seated right away food was great. The reason for the 4 star review was the service. I ordered the country fried steak, it came with eggs hash browns and my choice of bread. I told my waitress I wanted biscuits and ask for butter. Then I added a order of biscuits and gravy also. when our food arrived I noticed the waitress had forgotten my biscuits that came with my country fried steak dinner. I was told they gave me biscuits with my gravy, when I asked about my biscuits n butter that came with my meal, I was told they put the biscuits with my gravy and only charged me for a bowl of gravy. When I ask why when I ask for biscuits and butter because it came with my meal (I wanted it for my eggs) I was told again She had giving me 2 biscuits. the waitress then held up 4 fingers and said you want 4 biscuits?? I said I want what came with my meal. Then again she held up 4 fingers and said if you want 4 biscuits I can bring you 4 biscuits at that point I was just fed up with the conversation and asked if I could please get some butter. The butter was cold and was not spreadable lol The entire time we were there we were not offered a refill on our drinks, two of our party of 4 finished half of there meal with no drinks. The food was really good just was really disappointed in the service.“

“My date and I thought the food was really good very fresh. My grilled chicken wrap was plenty for lunch the next day. Good size portions and good waitstaff. We had fun. We both recommend the Marion location.“
