“honestly we didn’t have a good experience when we tried this restaurant BUT after waiting an hour and a half and still not getting our food, we informed the manager that we were leaving. she handled the situation very very well!! she apologized and insisted that we take our food to go for free. as we were walking out, she rushed to box our food. She gave us our food for free plus two gift certificates. we ate the food on our long drive home and it was EXCELLENT!!!! We will definitely be giving it a second chance. Kuddos to the manager for turning this around! Update: i also sent this same review/ message to the restaurant. The owner promptly responded with a very professional response. Again, this is how you run a business! Everyone makes mistakes, but how this business responded was top notch!“

“Today was our first time at Sand's Pancake house and it was amazing. Our little mixed Mexican American family never felt discriminated, and while the place was full, the service and the food were great. Don't listen to heaters, this place wouldn't lasted if it wasn't fantastic.“
