“My husband and I finally tried India Delight's buffet style dine in this evening. Everything was delicious! I can be picky about veggies, but everything was cooked just right and savory. We tried a little bit of everything, and all of the flavors were different but complimented each other well. The garlic naan was soft and pillowy on the inside, with a slight crispness to the top. The vegetable samosa with tamarind chutney was lovely, with a nice flaky shell, and a filling that was both hearty and light, with a hint of lemon citrus, a great pairing with the chutney. The mango pudding was divine. It was creamy, light, sweet, but not too sweet, and the crushed pistachios sprinkled on top added a nice finish. It was easily the best pudding I've ever had. The owners are wonderful, and you can taste the love and pride they put into their food. We will definitely be back and encourage others to check them out.“

“I took one star away on the food because the appetizers were good not great. I think serving a dipping sauce with the cauliflower and the mushrooms would make them better.
Loved the decor, the personal pictures of the original owners and the current owners. Really enjoyed the staff's knowledge of the history of the restaurant, the building, and the original family that started Bennies. Staff was top notch! Definitely a place I would go back to.“

“The food was delicious. I got the bluegill sandwich, my mother got the all you can eat fish. The inside is clean and nicely decorated. Our server did a wonderful job. The music was soothing and not overly loud. Would be a great place for families to get meals. The prices are very reasonable.“

“Went with my family for supper tonight, was seated right away food was great. The reason for the 4 star review was the service. I ordered the country fried steak, it came with eggs hash browns and my choice of bread. I told my waitress I wanted biscuits and ask for butter. Then I added a order of biscuits and gravy also. when our food arrived I noticed the waitress had forgotten my biscuits that came with my country fried steak dinner. I was told they gave me biscuits with my gravy, when I asked about my biscuits n butter that came with my meal, I was told they put the biscuits with my gravy and only charged me for a bowl of gravy. When I ask why when I ask for biscuits and butter because it came with my meal (I wanted it for my eggs) I was told again She had giving me 2 biscuits. the waitress then held up 4 fingers and said you want 4 biscuits?? I said I want what came with my meal. Then again she held up 4 fingers and said if you want 4 biscuits I can bring you 4 biscuits at that point I was just fed up with the conversation and asked if I could please get some butter. The butter was cold and was not spreadable lol The entire time we were there we were not offered a refill on our drinks, two of our party of 4 finished half of there meal with no drinks. The food was really good just was really disappointed in the service.“

“My date and I thought the food was really good very fresh. My grilled chicken wrap was plenty for lunch the next day. Good size portions and good waitstaff. We had fun. We both recommend the Marion location.“
