They had the lobby closed, so had to go through the drive-thru. Vehicles (including myself) didn't get any service for almost 10 minutes, so I was basically in the drive-thru line not able to move anywhere.
This place is none for giving out old food I see. They gave me old food a few weeks ago and I went again thinking they just had a bad day. They ended up giving my son an old sandwich yesterday and then messed up his order the second. The third time my husband went in and he waited 30 minutes to get my 10 year old food back. There is a beautiful soul with amazing sapphire blue hair that works there that comforted me during an emotional outpouring of tears. My mother had passed 2 days earlier, and I was having a hard time dealing with it. I was cared for with just words of joy and being told it will get better and feel free to cry and other kind words. I really appreciate when places hire very special people. It's more than asking, "Can I take your order?" It's more like, "I'm here for you!"
