“My only complaint is I’m mad I just found out about this place. We ordered a sausage pizza, it’s right up there in my top 5 best pizza’s. It’s very well seasoned and they don’t skimp on the sausage. Delicious pizza, Friendly costumer service , and the price wasn’t bad at all. My husband loved it too and he’s very hard to please when it comes to pizza. We will definitely be becoming regular customers.“

“These guys have been on my list for a while and it was worth the wait. THIS IS PIZZA. Bridgeport phils still has my heart but this place just bumped into the 2/3 spot for me. TOP 3 Chicago pizzeria.

Crust: this is what did it for me. The crust was a perfect thickness and kept its structure/ crisp throughout the whole pizza

Sauce: they’re cooking down their own sauce I believe. It’s got a touch of that fresh tomato sweetness. Nothing over powering, just a great classic sauce

Sausage/cheese: high quality Battaglia products. Traditional cheese blend and good sausage. Nothing crazy in this category but definitely brings their pizza together

“Found this little gem after a nearby hike. Small little spot but big on flavor. Had the wings and the Forget About It pizza. Both were outstanding in flavor and value. Will definitely be back again next time we are in the area. Service was also attentive and very friendly. Thanks for the great lunch!“

“Just had their steak (carne asada) tacos! Absolutely fantastic! The green salsa is on point! Very generous on the size of their tacos. I'm extremely picky when it comes to getting tacos in fact I only like my tacos from one or two taco places in all of Chicago. This is my first time coming here and this spot just got added to my small list. I will most definitely stop by this place whenever I'm around this area. Thank you for the great food! “If you want some semi fast Italian fare, go here. Sure, it's not gourmet, but it's priced accordingly. They always have coupons going and my orders are always ready when I get there. Open a bit later on the weekends, which is nice.“

“My first time in was yesterday and the cashier, maybe he’s the owner? I’m not sure but was so nice! He answered the questions I had, he was very patient, and even recommended me his choice of things. It's refreshing to see people who actually care about their job these days and customer service. On top of all of that great impression, the pizza was SO good I got a slice of cheese, and their Hala sausage and I was surprised of how good it was???. The crust was crispy on the bottom, and had a softer outside crust. The cheese was good, and the Hala Sausage tasted fresh you definitely got a loyal customer here??‍♀️?. “Took a drive up with my girl to Oh Boy, Worth, IL. Ended up having a piznic at nearnby Swallow Cliffs where she used to go toboggan when she was a kid.
Rookie mistake ordering 2 mediums on 1/2 price Tuesday. (Only applies to family size on up)

“I've had Blaze Pizza in different cities and states. My experience has been pretty much consistent. Inattentive staff, long waits, crowded shop. HOWEVER, this location has been completely different! The staff actually acknowledges your presence when you walk in the door. They make sure to let you know that someone will be with you. They don't leave you standing around. The times I've been there, there was a noticeable attention to keeping the team on task and making sure customers weren't standing around waiting longer than need be. I really hope they keep up the great work, this is the best location I've ever visited.“

“I ordered a medium, thin crust, sausage pizza. The pizza was ready earlier than estimated. The pizza was delicious, hot, and perfectly flavored. The sausage had fennel seeds in it. The sauce was mild and light. The only negative is the size of the pizza. The medium serves 16 square/triangle slices. The medium looks like a small.

The cashier was friendly and courteous. A person in the back, I assume was the owner, was courteous.

Parking: The restaurant is in a small strip mall area, so the lot is shared with other businesses. The main street is busy, but additional parking could be located in the area.“

“My husband and I have been there several times. Unfortunately this Friday I was disappointed in our meals. I ordered the spaghetti seemed like the pasta was a touch overcooked and the marinara sauce was very bland. My husband’s chicken parmesan was huge but the chicken had no flavor other than the crispy breading. Love the Special salad and the pizza! “I usually drive up for a slice and their food and service is so consistently great! The flavors are there and they have a deep dish slice on Saturdays also BOGO cold slices. I'm a huge Lou Malnatis deep dish fan, but I prefer the deep dish at this location over the Lou's in Palos. I stopped going to the one on Western cause it lacks flavor so it's really worth the drive cause I pass the banquet hall location to go to Crestwood. It's just convenient to drive up and the food just tastes great. Good job guys, keep it up! The drive thru worker today, sweet Black girl who was super informative and up sold me on the cold slices when I was just coming for the deep dish. Hard to find good you g help these days. “I lived in Chicago from 1997 to 2018. Many good pizza places, but nowhere near as good as John Gino's. I absolutely love their chicken! Brown's? Ehhh. KFC? Not! Popeyes? It's OK. John Gino's? 5 Stars!!! Everything on their menu is absolutely delicious. Another plus is they have their own drivers. This ensures that the delivery is always hot and fresh. We're planning on going there in person soon. 😎“
