“Hello Marshall Dairy Queen today I went into your specific franchise and ordered the Double Backyard Bacon Ranch Signature Stackburger and a large order of Onion Rings you guys were a little stressed I could tell which is normal in food service but where very kind and professional even though some customers aren’t always understanding but besides that the Sandwich I received was super fresh and fresh onion rings tbh before the remodel I honestly felt like every time I went it was never fresh but at the same time it was always busy but today you have far exceeded my expectations it was hot juicy fresh it was really good all in all 5 stars from a very satisfied customer thank you so much have a great day“

“Not all McDonald's are created equal. I travel a lot for work and McDonald's breakfast is still an easy staple. This location deserves credit for taking care to make the food right and obviously with the amount of effort that unfortunately often lacks. I want the staff here to know they are awesome. From the drive through window to the cooks, everyone deserves to know we appreciate them.“

“My fiance and daughter came in with an order of 5 - ft long sandwiches and salads. 3 of the orders we were receiving over the phone as we walked down the line. Emily was working. A real trooper ! She hung in there, smiled as she went about her work, just made the whole fiasco go so much easier than it could have been. She deserves a pat on the back for outstanding customer service, excellent attitude and in my book, going above and beyond to make sure we as a group (including the phone orders) had excellent customer satisfaction. We have gone to this restaurant many times in the past 20+ years, and I cannot ever leaving there and being this satisfied with a restaurant. Kudos to Emily, you're the best ! Thank You.“
