“I had a great experience at Crumbl Cookies! From the moment I walked in, the store was clean, welcoming, and smelled amazing. The staff were friendly and helped me choose from their weekly rotating flavors, which made the visit even more fun.
The cookies themselves were incredible—fresh, soft, and full of flavor. You can really tell they put a lot of effort into both the taste and presentation. I especially liked how each cookie is unique, and there’s always something new to try each week.“

“I went into this paczki situation thinking, “Okay, cute, festive, probably good.” What I was NOT prepared for… was emotional damage. Because this Samoa-flavored paczki didn’t just meet expectations it absolutely body slammed them. First of all, shoutout to my amazing husband, who casually stopped and brought this home like it was just a normal Thursday and not a life-altering act of love. Sir. You didn’t bring me a paczki. You brought me trust issues with every other dessert. Imagine the love child of a Samoa Girl Scout cookie and a cloud. The caramel? Aggressive in the best possible way. The coconut? Perfectly toasted like it knew it had something to prove. The chocolate? Just enough to remind you that life can still surprise you in beautiful ways. And the dough itself? So soft it felt illegal. I took one bite and immediately understood why people line up in the cold for paczki like it’s a survival situation. This wasn’t a donut. This was an experience. A personality trait. A reminder that I married the right man. 10/10. Would ruin my diet, my dignity, and my emotional stability for another one.“

“Very friendly service! Was able to sample some of the food items ( Thanks Souna!, forgive the misspelling) Food is very fresh and the large Kabob plate is delicious and very plentiful. “Sharon baked my husband and I’s wedding cake. Let me say, it was as delicious as it was beautiful! We got a lemon cake with raspberry filling and it was one of the best cakes either of us have ever have! We are happy to have leftovers. “I used to buy them at a Polish shop near my home. But then I moved & was able to find the Honey Wafer Baking Company in Cresthill on-line. I was sooo happy when I received my 2 case order because the wafers were SO FRESH & always enjoyable! I have been referring the wafers to others! Everyone I shared then with loves them! “My daughter usually doesn’t eat cake but we stopped in to see what kind of bakery this is we was greeted with kindness and a a sample of her cake and when my daughter eat the sample she was delighted and said this cake is best cake ever, was so happy for my daughter to enjoy the cake she likes, of course I enjoyed this cake as well. This going to be our place for occasional desserts“

“If I could give more stars, I would! They helped me fill a last minute, large order. The manager, Luis, told me “no problem,” and he helped me make my choices based on the amount of people that I was feeding for a birthday/anniversary party. I had bags full of fresh, hot pretzels, pretzel nuggets and dips in just a short wait, along with lots of lemonade. Thank you, Luis and team for making my event a complete HIT!!!!!! Everything was delicious and your kindness and help were very much appreciated.“

“Had a recent catering order of vegan mini cupcakes and I was blown away. There are not many bakeries that will even try to offer vegan treats but not Strugglebeard, they always have at least one avaiable in store. The presentation of my catered order was amazing and he even added a few of the vegan chocolate chip cookies.
Thank you SB for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate the thoughtfulness and added touches.“
