This location is great! I don't even live anywhere near this particular Dunkin Donuts, but whenever I'm in this town, I try to stop by here, because the staff are always so friendly, my order is always made exactly as I ordered via app, and the bathrooms are always spotless.
I use the mobile app and I have never had a problem. They make that coffee right every time! So appreciated. I'm so glad we got a DD in Mattoon!!
