“My Friends from church took me to Kim & Patty's for my birthday and although I've been their many times it was like a four-star experience. I just had 2 eggs over easy and they were truly farm fresh jumbo eggs. I am a Chef of 40 years and have never had a better restaurant experience any time than Kim & Patty's of McHenry.“

“I have been to Stellas at least a dozen or so times. I can only speak for myself and share my experiences. There have been at least 4-5 different people working upon my visits. The staff have always welcomed me to the establishment an have always asked me if I wanted something to drink and or something to munch on at no cost to me no matter how much I ate or drank. That being said I’m sure there’s drinks or eats at a cost. No persons or employee has ever watched what I did or how much money I spent. I know it’s called gambling for a reason. “We have been going here for a while. The other breakfast places around here are nothing compared to whistle stop. The food is always fresh, hot, friendly professional staff and every guest is treated the same which makes us feel comfortable and wecome. I have not had one bad dish everything is great. “we love coming here for breakfast. great atmosphere, employees are always upbeat and in the best of moods. generous portions for the prices. variety of choices. I have my favorites that I rotate through. I in particular love the gyro skillet. if I have a sweet tooth I get the belly buster, the choice that has the pancake and add strawberry and whip cream. the pancakes are FLUFFY, so good. our baby always gets a scramble egg on the side and she pretty much launches at my hand while feeding her so apparently I need to start cooking with butter at home or whatever they do. we always leave full and talking about how nice those people are on our way home.“
