Dunkin' Donuts in Melrose Park

“Been coming here for years, but on Friday late afternoon shift seem bothered & when they don’t get the order right, instead of fixing the situation excuses & blame to the customer! The girl with the brown curly hair, back talk & had an attitude with me! She didn’t even make the order but wanted to put her 2 lousey cents on how it was my fault! Of course they didn’t fix my order or offer refund. Management needs to retrain the late noon shift, they seem lazy & high. Sad that it’s a constant problem. I prefer going in the mornings! They have a better team.“

“The sandwich was well build with I presume precooked eggs and meat on rye bread. The iced coffee was a bit gritty which I didn’t like. I’m uncertain if that Duncan’s way or just didn’t blend or dissolve. The staff were pleasant and busy cleaning and cleaning!!!“

“I like this place, in fact, I started to frequent it...the service was very good from several people, except for a young, handsome man, who we were there today and I'm not very good with English, which a very kind lady helped me...but the young man had a rude, racist appearance, he gave me things in a bad way and with gestures...I'm just a customer and I'm only going to buy, I think that both I and other people deserve better attention from him and I respect..“
