“We live in Metamora and have heard horror stories about the Subway in town, so we tried the Germantown Subway. Our experience could not have been better. The man who made our sandwiches was very polite and helpful, and the food was great.”

“Service is excellent and super quick now. Don't forget to bring coupons or it will be expensive. They have coupons for 2 footlongs for $14, or 3 for $20. This includes sandwiches that are normally $12+ each.”

“The team members at the Metamora Illinois McDonald's locations are excellent. They treat everybody with dignity and respect. If there's an error on the order and you tell them about it they fix it without complaining and they're happy to do it. In comparison to other McDonald's in the area this McDonald's is at the top of the list for excellence. The stores in Washington and Peoria treat you like you're an inconvenience”

“Public warning. Amy the owner has criminal and dangerous judgement. I witnessed a server get drunk and brag about putting visene in drinks. Amy was told about it immediately and she CHOSE to keep us all in danger.”

“I am a regular, I get a coffee at least once or twice a day, 7 days a week. The last couple times I have came in to get my coffee, there has been one specific person that normally works nights that has been working mornings, every time she makes my coffee she makes it incorrectly to where it is too thick and tastes like nothing. I always hope for the best every time she makes it and it ends up the same and out of kindness I tell her thank you and she rolls her eyes and never responds, to me that is VERY rude. Also last couple times I have missed being able to put my number in to get my points, and I let the lady at the front know and they get my number but never put it into the system, I've missed out on 4 drinks worth of points. Overall, the service is great just depends on who's working. Most of the girls are very friendly and helpful.”

“Absolutely love this establishment! The owners are incredible as well as their bar staff. The place has such a welcoming atmosphere and they treat you like family. The food is top tier as well! They always have something new that they are hosting wether it’s a band, karaoke, or girls night. And plenty more that I’m sure I’m forgetting to mention. Drink and food prices are fair and I can’t speak more highly of the service! Love love love going to the Bowling Alley for the best night out!”
