“love dairy queen. but today my wife and I went through drive through for lunch about 1:00. each of us had fries with our meals. everyone wearing masks. the girl at the window (wearing shorts) was a little rude though. when she handed us our meals, I asked her if there were any catsup packets in the bag. she went and got some and came back saying "you have to ask for them". mmmm. I wonder what the hell she thought I was doing just then ??? dumb“

“We live in Metamora and have heard horror stories about the Subway in town, so we tried the Germantown Subway. Our experience could not have been better. The man who made our sandwiches was very polite and helpful, and the food was great.“

“Wonderful experience, ive notice with the new store manager the service is faster and food quality is much better! Hes very fast and ive seen him bounce around spot to spot helping his employees so the make sure us customers are getting good quality food.“

But this Taco Bell does an amazing job.I pull up and think “am I finally going to get someone who is rude or simply checked out” and each time they come on friendly, helpful and take the order accurately.Food is delivered accurately, hot and quickly. I ordered my online order and pulled up to Taco Bell and they were so busy I waited 30 minutes which was fine because they were so packed and when I got to the window they made me fresh food without me even asking it was so good really appreciated the workers“

“I ordered a Culver’s Custard Sundae with sliced pecans but the young man at the register did not seem to understand me, he seemed to be very out of it. He emitted a foul odor as I spoke to him as well. I remember the Peanut Parlor gave me a large sundae for some pocket change in the good old days. My pecans were also not sliced like I asked.“

Not only was my food hot fast and delicious the manger Chrissy who took my order provided me with I would say was hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had at any establishment Ive ever been too . “Our Chillicothe Dairy Queen deserves a 100% rating! The ice cream is always great and workers care. Plus it's super convenient not having to drive into Peoria. It's worth noting they don't have a full grill menu but the items they serve are delicious.“
