“Great spot to find crafts from Illinois and beyond. Have an array of liquor to choose from too. Employees are humble and easy to talk to. They have pinball machines and a bar if you're interested in hanging for a while. They also allow dogs into the building!“

“I use to visit this establishment a couple years ago. This my 1st time here since it's been back open and I truly enjoyed myself. Reasonable prices, dart machine, casino style games, DJ was jamming, and I love that they have an patio area. Oh, and the wings was fye!! I'll definitely return back to this location“

“I attended Davern’s Tavern and Lounge over the weekend for a benefit. Wow!! If you’re looking for a place to hold a benefit, this is it! The outside grounds were very nice and spacious. The bartender and all the workers were so friendly and
helpful. Joe the owner, especially stood out. His love for Byron and this wonderful family was so evident. He was funny and held the guests attention, raising as much as much money as possible for them. He was more than just the owner of the bar, he genuinely cared about this benefit and everyone felt it.“

“Very clean bar. Italian beef sandwich and Sicilian pizza was delicious. Bar staff seems to be very friendly. There is quite a lack of parking at this facility. There was only three people in the bar. Went on a Monday before 4th of July 2024.
I did hear they have karaoke on the weekend so hopefully I'll be able to check that out very soon.
If you have an opportunity I would definitely check out Cuzin's.“

“A nightclub in the middle of Harvey. And...it...was....bumpin!!!! On a Thursday!!! Just wow!!! The bar inside is fairly small but well appointed. Since it s summer? They had 3 huge tents...and a great sou d system. It was not only loud? But clear. You could hear the music clearly and the lyrics were clearly discernable from several blocks out. Wow Smittys!!! You are winning!!!
The security was also excellent. With the sidewalks all blocked off......with horses and tape and rope. Done well. Bumpin in Harvey!!! If u want a black owned nightclub? With great music? Atmosphere? Vibe? With young AND grown people? You ve found it!!!!
I only gave the food the rating I did because I didn't have any. When I do? I ll add to the review.

“A cozy place to chill and have a few drinks with friends, this local pub feels more like home than any bar I've been to. Sitting on the deck reminds me of family gatherings where we'd sit around and tell stories with beers in hand. The bartender kept her head on a swivel, always quick to grab your next drink before you've even had a chance to ask.Music was just the right volume to hear all the words to your favorite song without missing any of the conversation right next to you. Excellent atmosphere, will definitely be back again.“

“Club LaVue Bar and Grill has great service and great security a very clean neat parking lot the restrooms are clean all the time the atmosphere is great a great place to have a drink and a great place to have a party.“

“It's a small place with lots of big personalities. Dream is a great bar star and pours a mean drink. Prices are economical and you feel safe there. They scan everyone's ID which I think is a Posen requirement but I like it so if anything occurs, you know who was there. They have karaoke on Tuesdays and the owner has complimentary smoked wings and salad for patrons.“
“The best pub in the south suburbs. You will always feel welcome, lots of fun and full of amazing workers. Eileen is so amazing will throw together a party so you don’t have to worry. “This is not your typical ‘bar food’. Everything we have tried there is higher quality Restaurant Food. Bartenders … especially Artie and Kristy are attentive, efficient and fun ! The 0wner, Tommy is usually hanging around and is friendly and accommodating. Sometimes due to allergies I have to alter the menu a little and he doesn’t hesitate to switch things around a little… Do yourself a favor… stop in for a great meal and enjoy a friendly atmosphere.“

“Stopped in here on a hot summer day during Bluegrass Festival 2024 before the crowds hit. The vibe of this place when it's not crowded is awesome. I felt transported back to the 1970's just walking through to get a drink and catch the bluegrass band on the patio. The bartender was busy making many drinks for the patio crowd but was attentive, the drink was great and inexpensive, and the atmosphere is something that you just aren't going to find in a strip mall or a cookie-cutter brand name bar. If you are ever in Frankfort, pay a visit here.“

“I couldn't get my uber app to work, so I asked if I could pay cash if the guy at the door would call for me. He did, but refused to take the $20 bucks from me saying I'd rather you get home safely!!!! I asked him what should I do with the money, he told me to give it to the bar maids!!!! What a guy , he said he's been there for years!!!! I felt so safe and comforted but this guys response!!!“
