“Was here on a Monday driving through for work. Place was quiet. The service was friendly. The food was fast and quite good. I had the Rueben with tots. I was shocked at how good the rueben was. It was not all fatty like many places like to serve. I will definitely eat here again if I'm in the area.“

“I stopped in there lastnight (July 29th) for the open mic night for the first time ever......nervous as all hell.....let me just say .....everything about this place is amazing.....the people in this place are really great people and know how to make a out of towner(upstate NY)feel welcomed.......I'll be coming here every Tuesday for open mic for now on....can't wait“

“Hadn’t been here for about five years and the only thing that changed was the side the brunch items were located. The food was still very good and the staff was outstanding. Emma was our server and she was very attentive to all the tables she was responsible for. Highly recommend and please check out the specials they have throughout the week.“

“It's really a great place to relax...the Halloween decorations are over the top..very well done...food is very good. Just had a bacon cheeseburger, but it was better than most places...bacon was perfect. Waitress is about as nice and friendly as you can get. Just made you feel welcomed and so friendly... she just had great manners... I wish I had got her name. I would 100% recommend if you have never been there before. Great place to watch a game. They have many big screen TVs.“

“My friends and I come over here every Friday just a nice little neighborhood bar Melissa is by far the best bartender she is amazing I have a special drink that I have they didn't have the supplies to make the drink not 2 weeks later she went out of her way and made sure to get the supplies so now I can have my favorite drink she's the best“

“We were seated very quickly and the waitress came out in about 5 minutes, took our drink order, brought it in about 10 but NEVER seen her again. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting we asked for a new server. They moved us to a new server and he was fantastic (wish I could remember his name). The sad part is the waitress didn’t have many tables and just kept disappearing. Anyways, she lost out on a $65 dollar tip. My husband had the meatloaf and said it was horrible!!! And he eats anything! River House has gone downhill since we were last there about year and half ago. No wonder they weren’t that busy last night and we got seated immediately“

“My husband and I have been here many times before, but last night tops the cake. We had the best service, drinks, and food. Tony is amazing. We had good conversation and let me tell you the Chicken dinner special on Wednesday nights is no joke. The chicken was amazing and the sides were great too. “So about 9 almost 10 years ago I met this nice lady named Kristi she came with a friend that did a guest spot at my tattoo shop in La Crosse, WI. My husband was down there about a month or two ago he came to that bar and she remembered my husband even after he lost over 200lbs. Every time I come down to Illinois I am going to end up here. Great atmosphere and met sooooo many awesome people. Love this place great hometown feel. Food is phenomenal and of course you get Kristi Luv! See you probably in February!!!!!“

“I had an amazing experience at the Milan Hy-Vee Market Grille! I stopped in for dinner and ordered the jalapeño burger. It was absolutely fantastic. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The food here is top-notch, and the half-price starters make it even better. If you enjoy a drink, they also have half-price beer weekdays from 3-6, which is a great deal. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!“
