“Fleckensteins is the best bakery in the Chicago area, and it isn’t even close. Whenever we’ve had donuts or cake from here for our events (wedding, baby shower, etc) everyone always raves about how amazing it is. The staff is kind, helpful, and patient with specific requests on special orders. We enjoy being loyal customers and appreciate all they’ve done for us!“

You guys were slammed with orders and drive thru was packed as well but we received our order in a timely manner and employees were friendly. The only thing that could have been better was not putting the donuts so close to each other. The frosting made them all stick together but everyone thought they were really good!
