Do not leave the drive thru without checking your order. I made that mistake and realized they forget a burger. Called them up explained the situation and got the no problem come on in and get another one. One car ahead of me in the drive thru this time.. After the employee tries to charge me $27 for someone else’s order. I said I’m just here for my burger, I get to wait another 5 minutes before the employee hands me the burger. No apology.
