i order through app & my sandwich was wrong. i complained online through app & was told it was not their problem but the store owners. i went into the store a couple of days later to complain & was not given a refund. My husband got a sandwich when was there & they charged him for 2 & the sandwich was wrong.
My husband and I were to this location this afternoon for lunch. We went through the drive-thru. After getting to the shop and havi started eating my sandwich I found an 8” hair....after I already ate some of the hair as it broke when I pulled the sandwich from my mouth. I promptly called and requested to speak to a manager. Danny gets on the phone and says to me “What is it you would like me to do?” Not any kind of attempt to rectify the situation.
