Everyone at Monical’s was courteous and very professional, from our phone calls ahead, to warn them of such a large boisterous group, receiving our food quickly, our waitress addressing all of our requests, to serving us with a smile on her face, as she also waited on other customers! We had 9 more people that we planned on and they accommodated us without a glitch❣️”

“This is my favorite McDonald's to go to. The staff is great, courteous and friendly. The store is always clean (inside and outside). At times I have driven 20 - 30 miles out of my way just to go to the Monticello McDonald's. I don't know the names of all the staff but I have been treated with extra care on many occasions by Bo and Jeff. I am disabled and can't get around very well and those 2 have gone over and above to help me. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful also, I just don't know the names of everyone. Keep up the great work everyone! I highly recommend the Monticello McDonald's.”
