I ordered two 8 piece hot and spicy combos through the drive thru. The wings and the fries were hard as if overcooked and difficult to eat. It was not pleasant, not sure how to get a refund but I was looking forward to eating it. Unfortunately, it had to be thrown out.
The food was good service was below adequate we placed a large order we asked for paper towels napkins paper plates honey and other utensils most of them was not in the bag no Ford's do napkins I was told they didn't have paper plates and they charge a arm and a leg but had to take my brother some to the nursing home in Des

Place needs to be remodeled inside. The chicken has gotten smaller and prices have gotten too high. The biscuits taste good. The employees tend to ignore the customers and you end up standing and waiting awhile--every time!Wheelchair accessibility: Did not see any wheelchair accessibility! The front entrance door is super heavy to open! They need to fix the door to make it easier to open.
