“I was staying with businesses colleagues at a hotel in Milwaukee Avenue in Northbrook. Not many restaurants in this area unless you fancy Korean. A US colleague recommended Al Bawadi Grill. Excellent Mediterranean/ Lebanese restaurant in Chicago Northbrook and Glenview area.“

“That place has real tea! In the real teapot. That alone deserved my undying gratitude. Food is amazing, flavored with unique spices that don't overwhelm your palate. I suppose taste could feel unusual for the people unfamiliar with Silk Road cuisine, but that's the beauty of places like that: you can expand your taste without actual travel.“
