Starbucks in Mount Prospect

“Service is always good but I really don’t like the set up of the new remodel. It’s a bit confusing where to line up to order. You can’t even fit a double stroller through the one side entrance that was always have used because they put a basket of water bottles in the walkway. It would really be nice if that was moved to a different location in the store.“

“Have been to this location twice in the last 6 weeks, and have only discovered friendly staff doing their best! In fact, I had to call this location yesterday to see if they had an item on hand for a gift, and they very helpfully checked and put it aside for me 🙂 the employee who rang me up did a fantastic job listening to me and doing their best to make it a very special purchase! On the previous visit, I was buying a pound of Thanksgiving blend, and was really pleasantly surprised both by how friendly the staff member was, but also by how delicious the whole bean coffee was when I made it at home 🙂 keep it up Starbucks!“
