Starbucks in Mount Prospect

“Please stop adding excessive amounts of ice to lattes and cold beverages. This is the second time my order has resulted in a coffee beverage that is watery nearly undrinkable. We already pay enough for them and at such cost it's disappointing when they are 60-70% ice and become quickly watered down as a result. Everything else is great.“

“Have been to this location twice in the last 6 weeks, and have only discovered friendly staff doing their best! In fact, I had to call this location yesterday to see if they had an item on hand for a gift, and they very helpfully checked and put it aside for me 🙂 the employee who rang me up did a fantastic job listening to me and doing their best to make it a very special purchase! On the previous visit, I was buying a pound of Thanksgiving blend, and was really pleasantly surprised both by how friendly the staff member was, but also by how delicious the whole bean coffee was when I made it at home 🙂 keep it up Starbucks!“
