This has always been my go to Subway, and I've never had any issues. However, this last time was a terrible experience. I placed an order for two footlong sandwiches on the app. When I went to pick up my order, I gave them my name and they said there was no order with that name. Sent my kid there. Order cost $11.09. kid gave $20. Got $7 back. Called restaurant and said.it was from change shortage. You'd think they would eat the $0.09 for a kidI hear from others they were doing this.to kids even before the pandemic. Who wants to patronize a place that rips off kids?
