“Good food and really, really nice staff. It's an excellent local spot and worthy of a try from anyone. They do standard grill food and frozen stuff you'd expect but they have a local flair that they bring and you always feel like you're eating at a friend's place. We have been many times and have never had anything short of a spectacular person behind the bar. Good people!“

“I am a HUGE fan of Mexican food. I lived in the San Diego area for many years. Mexican food was a part of daily life. Either made at home or in the plethora of restaurants that San Diego offered. So, now I live in Springfield and up until recently, it's been a struggle to find good Mexican food, that scratches that itch. Rio Grande, in Lincoln, will now be added to my short list of GREAT Mexican food restaurants. Our waiter, Steve was fantastic. I asked for his recommendations. Which he was happy to do. Our sodas were served in pitchers. How fantastic is that. The chicken Fajitas was tender, juicy and very flavorful. Back to Steve our waiter. He was hysterical. I tipped him $10.00 for the show alone.“

“The food and service here was great! We called ahead for a large party and they were ready for us when we walked in. I don't have a photo but the double burger was huge and sooooo good!! Everyone enjoyed their food. No complaint! Good for kids for dinner too!“

“Great staff, great food, great beverages, and great prices. The next time you’re around Mount Pulaski you need to get in there and just prepare to relax.Parking: There’s quite a bit of parking, but you better get there quick. The bar can get so busy that the parking lot can get full. You may have to park quite ways away. But if the parking lot and parking areas are full, that 1/4 of block walk is absolutely worth it.Wheelchair accessibility: The front entrance is very wheelchair accessible. Plenty of handicap parking area.“
