Everyone working at the Mt Vernon Illinois pizza hut was extremely friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. And I'd like to give a shout out to Dallas he was kind and went above and beyond too

Service was fantastic. Food was great. Building did not have AC and server stated that it had been out for almost 3 months.
Erica WAS AMAZING, it was sooooo hot in there tons of customers and Erica was perfect! Kind , helpful etc very impressed!!

One customer enjoyed the aut of the oven pizza with their favorite topping, finding it surprisingly affordable, especially as a winter outing. However, some issues have been noted, such as the lack of prices on menus, which led to less ordering due to difficulty calculating costs. A significant concern is the smell of sewer gas in the ladies' restroom, which has been present for some time and needs urgent attention from management or ownership to fix the problem. Despite this, the overall experience with food and service remains positive, and the Mount Vernon location was once praised for delivering a piping hot supreme pizza to a hotel, complete with plates and napkins, making the meal special.
