Towards the end of a long trip with our four small children we were very happy to receive prompt and friendly service!
This is strictly about the Mt. Vernon IL experience. Wow not just rude, but mean. Ordered Biggie Bites. Just like that, by name. Biggie Bites. Want the chicken sandwich as our choice. He asks what my other sandwich choice is. Im confused I said the 4 nuggets. Him-a sandwich, a woman comes YELLING across him, THE NUGGETS ARENT A CHOICE. Me, reading, it says here... her-those aren't available with the $8 Biggie. Me- I didn't get that . You told him that. NO, no I did NOT....read full review
The Sons of a Baconator were delicious and the fries were awesome! It was piping hot and even with several cars in front of us the line moved quickly.
