Went in yesterday with my friend and all our kids after we left the water park. Service was great and food was good. The ladies that waited on us was very kind and patient with the six kids we had with us. Had very clean bathrooms which is a plus. Thank you for your kind friendly service! Great job KFC
Received the wrong chicken, and pulled around to get it corrected. Instead we were argued with, and the worker refused to fix the order. I then asked for a refund, and was told by MOD that she didn’t “know how” to process a refund. It is absolutely baffling that they are still in business. Her attitude over doing a simple job was unprofessional and miserable, and the chicken we received was greasy and unedible.
Best crew 💕

KFC is a restaurant known for its chicken and mash potatoes. Customers can expect a wait, especially for larger orders, and may experience issues with receiving the correct sides with their meals. The restaurant has been praised for its cleanliness, with some customers noting that the tables and bathrooms are very clean. The service can vary; some staff members are friendly and helpful, making customers feel welcome, while others have been less attentive or unhelpful. In one visit, a staff member correctly rang up orders and provided hot food, resulting in a positive experience. However, there have been reports of staff slamming doors, which made customers uncomfortable, and some orders being incorrect or incomplete, such as missing sauces, utensils, or napkins. The overall atmosphere can be inconsistent, with some customers feeling disappointed and unsure if they will return. Despite these issues, the manager is generally seen as friendly and willing to help. Overall, KFC shows potential but needs to improve service consistency and attention to detail to better satisfy its customers.
