“The only sit down coffee shop in Greenville. Lots of students... as should be expected since it is on GU campus. But, the drinks were excellent and the baristas were friendly. The smores coffee was wonderful and the cinnamon scones perfect.”

“I never like leaving a negative review, BUT I feel this place needs help with customer service! My father and I sat down at a table, and the family beside us gave us a warning not to order pizza unless we wanted to wait longer than an hour; our waitress said the same thing. Okay, no worries, so we ordered toasted ravioli as an appetizer; I a sub, and he ordered pasta. My sub came out within 20min. I thought it was a little strange we didn’t receive our meals at the same time. 10 more minutes go by, and we get our toasted ravioli only after asking. Now I’m done eating and have yet to be asked for a refill. Now it’s 45min in we finally have our waitress come over asking if everything is okay; at this point, we’re annoyed because my father has yet to receive his pasta! Over an hour in &, he finally received his pasta. We chatted with the manager; he said sorry and blamed it on being busy. To us, they didn't seem that busy with six tables being waited on. So long story short, if you want to eat at the same time, get the pizza; because no matter what you order, it will take almost 2 hours with zero attention to needing refills and just watching them walk around your table, avoiding you.”

“I was a little disappointed that the facilities didn't have obvious improvements after repair from the fire. Bathroom is dingy looking. It's certainly not like the country clubs you see on TV. A bar and 2 banquet/meeting rooms. Capacity is probably at most 200 people.”

“The owner always goes above and beyond anytime I eat here to make anything fresh that is low/out on the buffet. He takes the time to ask me what I need and if there is anything I'd like him to refill - he will make it right there on the spot (about 5 minute wait, but worth it!). Excellent service that always brings me back.”

Parking: Parking is super expensive (like $200 for an hour). The valet gave me an old police car when I was ready to leave.

“Everyone was so nice. It was also very clean. The kid who made our sandwiches did an amazing job. And I had 4 sandwiches lol so he did such an awesome job. Not once did he get nervous and he even held a conversation why making them. I didnt have to remind him anything at all he remembered everything I said. Shoot I would have forgot lol. Thank you for doing such a good job.

“Been eating here for lunch a lot often , foods been fresh and employees have been friendly! Today Kaylee helped us and once she was done helping us she was out in the lobby cleaning tables AND chairs! Taylor has been the one making our Taco Bell orders and she doesn’t disappoint! Food is always fresh and hot and made correct and I don’t think I’ve ever saw her in a bad mood. She’s fast and accurate and imo would be next up for a promotion if one came available. Last I would like to share my experience with the manager Kim! When she’s working , you know the foods gonna be good and you’re gonna see a clean restaurant. She stays busy and keeps her employees busy during down time, if she’s working kfc or taco bell you know the food will be made right. Overall the day shift workers have all been great but just pointing out the 3 working today.

“Great environment!!!! Tonight I seen some hard and good workers I’m very proud how all of you guys working and I got a happy kid and her apples she’s very pleased with your service.. Keep going McDonald’s. And for anyone that came on here and wanted to stay some negative things about a stupid skake machine needs to calm down it’s not McDonald’s fault. If you really have a problem with a dumb shake machine go to Dairy Queen. But for everyone wanting to know the shake machine is up and ready to go to now.”
