Order (seemingly) took over an hour to arrive. I live 5 minutes from the restaurant (I work from home). The order consisted of soup, sandwich, and mac and cheese.
Multiple calls prior to the food arriving (seemingly) were laughable. The first person we talked to was not sure where the order was and "thought" it had been taken by the driver. Second time (50 minutes after ordering) they weren't positive where the food was and didn't want...read full review
