WOW!!! Avocado Theory is SO GOOOOD! I was passing through nearby due to work travel and what a GEM to find!! Hearty portions, FRESH ingredients, tasty food, and HEALTHY! If I am in the area again for work, I’m stopping by again… even if it’s a 45 min detour. Support local and eat here!!!!!!

I had the falafel avocado wrap when they had their food truck at a festival and it was the best wrap. The pineapple salsa was such a delicious touch! I’ll be making a trip to the storefront it was so tasty!
The food was very good and well priced. The sampler and grilled cheese were tasty but the avocado cheesecake…OMG! I will order a whole one next time. I ordered through DoorDash and a note was stapled inside the bag saying thank you for supporting a small business- nice little touch and I will be a repeat customer!
