McDonald's in Naperville

“I come here a lot to get a Dr. pepper :) I suffer from chronic migraines so the caffeine helps and coffee just isn’t for me, I only get them from this location because they’re never not carbonated or too sweet they’re just right every time! The food is always fresh and I’ve never been unsatisfied with an order, I’ve never been stuck in line more than 5 minutes. Been in Chicago and the suburbs my whole 24 years of living and this has to be the best location. Just had lunch with my daughter inside a few weeks back and they had the inside so nice and decorated with fall decorations and I was so comfortable with how clean it was, one of the managers came and brought us our food and she was just so sweet with the biggest smile. The morning and night crew are both so amazing and work so hard. I love the ladies I see every morning, they’re so kind to my kiddos and always manage to ask how we’re doing and tell us to have a great day. 10000/10 from me!“

“Same monotone person two days in a row taking orders through the drive thru. Not rude but no welcoming, conversational friendly tone in her voice whatsoever. Just all business. I work for one of the most popular retailers on the planet, and we offer the most welcoming customer service around.

The two orders of large fries I ordered yesterday were made perfect, were fresh and hot. Perfect texture.

Tonight, one night later, I stopped by to get a hot fudge sundae for a family member and ordered extra hot fudge. I was charged .35 cents extra but absolutely was not given any extra hot fudge.

The reason I have atmosphere three stars is because the drive thru on the LEFT side has such a NARROW, tight, major left turn diameter space that it leaves little space to turn comfortably, and the concrete curved curb chew into my finished front, right passenger side wheel causing about $300 dollars damage to it! I felt I couldn’t report this and would be told from any McDonald’s rep that I’d be on my own and have to deal with it myself.

If a Manager or the owner teads this wants to assist me in this I would greatly appreciate it!

Parking: If you go through, the drive-through proceeded with caution, since if you don’t turn on just the right curved, turning radius, your right front tire will hit the concrete turn barrier and possibly destroy your tire or your rim.“

“I'm always in a different area of town around lunchtime so when I go to McDonalds it's always a different location. I often order a heavily modified bacon quarter pounder, including extra onions.
This particular location put my onions above AND below the patties, which no other location has done before. It was the best McDonalds quarter pounder I've ever had!
This order was curbside around 2pm on a Saturday. Service was fast and the burger was hot!“

“This place is really friendly, has great service, and is very clean. However, sometimes the tomato slices are missing, or there are fewer chicken nuggets than expected. I don’t say anything because I feel bad mentioning it, but I hope they pay more attention to these details.“

“It was good and everything was cooked right and the waitress who brought our food was so sweet and nice! They were extremely busy on the inside. Almost no tables. I’m on a wheelchair and I was able to find a seat but more so in the back and it was hard to talk across the table due to the amount of people. But overall it was good.“

“Maribel really took care of me after one the employees put onions in my burger after I told them I had an onion allergy. I'm really happy with my experience because she went above and beyond to make sure I was good. We need more people like her. I can tell she does a great job of keeping everything in order!“
