I had not had a value meal for lunch in years and decided to have a Big Mac meal....had an allergic reaction so not doing that again, but the fries are always good unless they are not hot. “Visited the McDonald’s in Bartlett and had a pretty good experience overall. The location was clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient. My order came out quickly and everything was fresh and made correctly.
The drive-thru moved at a decent pace, which is always a plus during busy hours. It can get a little crowded depending on the time of day, but they seem to handle the rush well.
Overall, it’s a reliable spot when you’re looking for a quick and easy meal. Would definitely stop by again!“
“The dude with a beard (i didn’t get his name) running food outside on 08/29 at around 8:30pm, yall need to give him a raise!! i’ve never seen a fast food worker work so hard and with that much pride. he even apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patience. The whole 15 mins (very busy) i was waiting i seen that man full on sprinting back and fourth through the parking lot!! He was winded and still kept RUNNING food out. Give that man a raise or a $100 gift card or something.“
“We visit this location often but today was very different. The food came out fast and was very fresh. We normally order the fries with no salt because we hate how they are always over salted. I forgot to order that way today but the fries still came out fresh and not over salted at all. All the food was freshly made and hot when we got the order. The bathrooms were clean! The manager, Asia (sorry if that’s spelled wrong), walked the lobby and stopped to ask if we were happy with everything. I also heard her talking to the staff and I loved that they were clearly having fun while they worked but she was definitely holding them accountable if the orders were not prepared correctly. The team seemed to enjoy her leadership. This was a great visit!“
