McDonald's in Naperville

“Adriana was amazing. A warm greeting, cheerful and helpful. Our order was correct she delivered it to our table checked back and was super friendly yet professional. Great job!! I am very picky because I am a retired restaurant manager.. great employee!!! Food was hot and fresh perfect breakfast !“

“The food tasted Great and customer service was incredible. I can tell The Owner and The Managers really care about their customers, because they reach out via google maps especially when customers aren’t satisfied. It’s nice to have a place to get a quick meal in during Lunch Break. Thank you !“

“This is the best customer service I have ever gotten after visiting over 10 McDonald’s hunting Hello Kitty Godzilla. Unlike other McDonald’s which never picked up phone calls, here the worker was willing to pick up the phone and was very helpful and courteous helping me to check one particular Hello Kitty Godzilla. I got #2 Keroppi from the Woodridge McDonald’s and my daughter was very disappointed. The lady at S Naper Blvd told me to come back 2 days later and she would reserve another one for me. I am very impressed for the clean environment, good food and excellent customer service. Nowadays it is rare to find someone who is willing to walk an extra mile for an old lady hunting for her favorite Hello Kitty Godzilla. Thank you 💕“

“I had a morning appointment away from home, so decided to work close by until the appointment time. I had coffee, hash browns and the steak and egg bagel.

You order at a kiosk, grab a number, and they bring the food to your table. This was new to
me.

I haven’t eaten at a McDonald’s in probably a decade. The coffee is surprisingly good. I don’t know when they changed it, but I would now prefer it over - don’t hate me - Dunkin’. The steak on the bagel was dry, really dry.

As for a place to work, it was great. Clean and quiet, low background music.“

“Same monotone person two days in a row taking orders through the drive thru. Not rude but no welcoming, conversational friendly tone in her voice whatsoever. Just all business. I work for one of the most popular retailers on the planet, and we offer the most welcoming customer service around.

The two orders of large fries I ordered yesterday were made perfect, were fresh and hot. Perfect texture.

Tonight, one night later, I stopped by to get a hot fudge sundae for a family member and ordered extra hot fudge. I was charged .35 cents extra but absolutely was not given any extra hot fudge.

The reason I have atmosphere three stars is because the drive thru on the LEFT side has such a NARROW, tight, major left turn diameter space that it leaves little space to turn comfortably, and the concrete curved curb chew into my finished front, right passenger side wheel causing about $300 dollars damage to it! I felt I couldn’t report this and would be told from any McDonald’s rep that I’d be on my own and have to deal with it myself.

If a Manager or the owner teads this wants to assist me in this I would greatly appreciate it!

Parking: If you go through, the drive-through proceeded with caution, since if you don’t turn on just the right curved, turning radius, your right front tire will hit the concrete turn barrier and possibly destroy your tire or your rim.“

“For the past couple of months, I’ve been ordering large latte almost every day and asking ADD 2 SUGAR in my latte. I say it when I order, repeat it when I pay, and ask again when I pick up my Latte.
But every time there’s no SUGAR in it.
I drink it more than 3 years and can clearly tell when sugar is missing. It might seem like a small thing, but it really makes me unhappy when my request is ignored.
Thank you!“
