“This is a very solid McDonald's location. Its a bit larger in size than some the new style mini-D's. Has lots of simi parking in the back during the day for taking a short Mc-Break (but not for overnight stays). This is our go to location for our cravings because it seems a bit more consistent than other close locations; we are extreamly picky about eating good fries, wich are usually supringly fresh here even later in the evening when we show up 8 - 9 pm. Staff in the drive seem mostly friendly.“
“Couple orders got messed up, including mine. But they took care of it quickly. Not quick enough for a total KAREN that came in after me though. They were still professional with her even though she didn't deserve it. I was happy everyone was at least trying.“
“Such a great experience going through the drive-thru yesterday. I forget the employee's name who helped me, it sounds like something similar to "Lupa." Something beautiful and unique. She was in the drive-thru window #2 in the afternoon (around 3:30pm). She was very friendly, helpful, and had such a great attitude. It brightened my day!“
“I've been coming here for about 3 years now I've always experienced great people here and usually have help when something is missing I'm shocked to see a the amount of complaints in the reviews! Drive through for me is pretty fast and the employees are always nice to me and my family especially if i bring my dog along through the drive thru they give out treats sometimes, always appreciated!!! “It’s said to give credit, props and respect that is due. I stopped at the McDonalds on 508 E. Cass St in Joliet, IL and found out that they really mean business there. I was so impressed at Management, floor leaders and their team that I had to say something to the manager. I let her know that I am really impressed at the teamwork there and the food was fresh, hot and delicious. You all have my heart best interest. Keep up the good work.“
