The new style of store seems so...sterile and impersonal. Again, it was very clean and well taken care of, it's just that you feel like it's one step from a vending machine. Also, no self-service drinks.“
“The last time was the last time. I was told while the cashier was still holding the bag that my order was wrong. The app code was used after I left to re enter my oder and charge my bank account double and never credited the 1st receipt that they kept. I was charged twice. Could not go dispute it no receipt. Chase Bank took care of it expeditiously.“
“I've been coming here for about 3 years now I've always experienced great people here and usually have help when something is missing I'm shocked to see a the amount of complaints in the reviews! Drive through for me is pretty fast and the employees are always nice to me and my family especially if i bring my dog along through the drive thru they give out treats sometimes, always appreciated!!! “Some days me and 2 other people goes there to eat and used the code for surveys to get a free sandwich and some days are great with 3 managers even manny when they know to put on the orders put other employees don’t know how to use it and said you know it’s for a free sandwich and it’s gets frustrated a lot and some days are good sometimes not when the 3 managers are not there“
