Need to be more accommodating and understanding/knowledgeable about the app and point system etc. There was some sort of glitch on either their system or on my end with the app I gave the correct code for free fries with $3 purchase and the woman tells me it Didn't go through for free Fry's it only gave me points to my account. I used the McDonald's app...they accepted my order and payment. When I pulled in, the drive up was closed, and doors were locked. Then they opened the drive up, and said they hadn't received my order. Told them what I ordered, they said I would have to pay there. Now I see the app charged my account. Was told to call the store...then told I'd have to go back, with my receipt. I am miles away!
