The drinks were good. However, we were seated right next to the entrance door and the staff kept going in and out banging the door which was extremely loud. The waitress (long blond hair) tried to make us leave about 30 mins before the 2 hr reservation time. When we told her we had more time she then went to check and said she was incorrect. I believe some more training for staff on customer service would make customers’ experiences a better one.
The first thing to know about this place is that it's located inside Empire restaurant. It gives speakeasy vibes, so you won't see signage anywhere outside. The lounge is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs only, so it would be difficult for someone in a wheelchair or other with limitations to get there. A cozy bar experience with various craft cocktails that change seasonally. The service varies, but is generally good and professional. If they ever have a menu you disagree with, you can simply ask for standard cocktails (ie. Old fashioned) and you will get a great version of one.
