drive thru experience… associate taking our order was either distracted or clearly not paying attention; ordered a cappuccino and she repeatedly told us that there is no chocolate in a cappuccino; we never mentioned we wanted chocolate; ordered ice cream as well & she couldn't get that correct either; definitely no language barriers from either parties but clearly the associate acted as if there was one; when at the 2nd window to pay, associate kept repeating my phone number...read full review
