While most people go for the custard, we went for lunch and enjoyed most of the offerings we ordered. The onion pie sounded weird enough to be delicious and it was! Strange pie flavor but good - I'd get it again. The crust was flaky and nice. The egg salad sandwich and polish dog were alright, nothing special. The two ladies who were scooping custard the day we were there were true troopers. The line was long and you could tell that they were tired, but they carried on despite the chaos. The custard was good, I ordered a topping and it was very skimpy, but it tasted good especially on a hot and muggy day.

Such a cute little place. The cashier was brand new and bless her heart she seemed beyond overwhelmed. She got our orders perfect though! The custard was stellar, do yourself a favor and stop here.
