We had a small issue with a steak being cooked just a touch more than we ordered, but the way it was handled really impressed us. Not only did they take care of it right away with genuine apologies, but they continuously checked in with us while the replacement was being prepared so we never felt like we were waiting and wondering. That kind of service says a lot about how much they truly care about their guests.
