McDonald's in New Lenox

“The McDonalds on Laraway in New Lenox is my favorite location to eat inside. A very nice young lady named Kaylen took our order and delivered it to our table with a sweet smile. And again when we ordered dessert. Nice location with nice employees.“

“Food and service were good. Very crowded time of day. The parking lot has a terrible design that requires you to park in the back of the building and walk through a very busy drive through line. Having a kid walking with me, I couldn't help but notice how dangerous this might be. Nice McDonald's, but after the food was brought to us, I had to go back up and ask for and then wait for napkins and ketchup. It's modeled in the new style where they have nothing out in the main floor, kind of like a prison. I'm not a fan of these newly designed McDonald's at all. Clean, but very cold and unfriendly eating are. The staff was great though, very hard workers.“
