Horrible customer service
I had a wonderful experience at Panda Express, and the biggest reason was Natalia. She provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcome.

Panda Express offers a variety of flavors, including teriyaki chicken and chicken with green beans. The 2 entree platter with noodles as the side is a popular option. The service is fast, friendly, and attentive, with staff willing to ensure guests have everything they need. The atmosphere is clean and neat, with the restaurant maintaining good cleanliness, including restrooms. The food is well cooked, fresh, and ready even during busy lunch times, with a great smell and taste. Staff are kind and friendly, often offering samples of new refreshers, and the food quality is consistently good. However, the management can be inconsistent, with occasional long waits and early stops in food preparation before closing time. Despite these issues, many customers find the food delicious and the staff attentive, making it a place worth visiting regularly.
