Staff is always friendly and haven't had any issues
I just have to leave a review for the Papa Johns in Niles because of one outstanding employee named Cristian. I come to this location frequently, and no matter how busy it is, Cristian is always working hard and providing amazing service.Today, he went completely above and beyond and made the absolute best pizza I have ever tasted in my entire life! I was there this morning to pick up a pizza and I believe the manager with beard was there. He was amazing. Customers were complaining on the phone and he kept his composure. I haven’t been here in awhile, but I will comeback because he cared about his employees! Frank R.
