“I’m a vegetarian visiting a smaller town in Illinois, so I usually expect to end up with a salad and call it a day. So I was genuinely thrilled with the vegetarian options at DESTIHL. I ordered the falafel sandwich, and it was fantastic! Soft, well‑seasoned falafel, fresh pita, and a light, flavorful sauce.

The brewery itself is super clean, spacious, and really well maintained. There’s plenty of parking, and the water feature next to the building makes the whole area feel inviting. I didn’t try the beer (not a beer drinker), but everyone around me seemed to be enjoying theirs!“

“We had a graduation party at Casper Brewing Company and it was absolutely perfect! Everyone was amazing to work with and the room is comfortable, with several tables and sitting areas. You can bring in your own food and the drinks are fabulous! We would definitely recommend Casper Brewing Company for your next party!“

“This is exactly what you want in a neighborhood brewery—friendly people, great beer, and a fun atmosphere. They don't serve food, but there are often food trucks parked outside and live bands playing on weekends, which makes for an awesome night out.

The staff is always welcoming and happy to help you find something you'll enjoy. If you like fruit beers, you have to try the blueberry wheat, Holey Jeans, and the raspberry wheat, Hose Slippers. Both are flavorful, refreshing, and among my favorite beers anywhere. They also brew some really solid IPAs with plenty of variety to keep things interesting.

A laid-back, friendly place with excellent beer and a great community vibe. Definitely a local gem!“

“The space has a fun vibe, tall ceilings, modern interior bar and grill type decor. They have some quirky beaver artwork along the hallway to the restrooms. I'm giving all 5 stars as it was minor inconveniences that didn't warrant a whole star off.

We ordered a Beer-braised Cubano panini served with house made chips, steak Cobb salad and Caesar salad with chicken. The Cubano had nice flavor with just a little kick of spice, and the ham was tender without being overly salty. The homemade potato chips served with it were crisp and tasty. The Cobb salad had plenty of steak and toppings, but the avocado was hard as a rock and inedible. (Please find more ripe avocados to serve!) The Caesar salad was decent and came topped with grilled chicken.

Our waitress was very nice, attentive without hovering, and gave us good suggestions from the menu.

One downside was the flies inside. I'm guessing that due to the previous night's storm and that they had water inside they probably had them open to get the water out. They are large garage doors so it could be an issue on other days too. The tables inside are set pretty close together, which could make maneuvering a wheelchair or walker tough if they are busy. We managed OK only because we came at a slow time and no one was sitting in the tables we passed on our way in and out. The parking lot is okay, but handicap there are only spots with van/wheelchair accessibility. Had we visited when it was busy and spots full we would have had issues getting our daughter in and out of our car.“
