“I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Jessica Rick, the General Manager at the Bloomington Krispy Kreme. Working in real estate, my daily dozens were frequent - from brokerage drop-ins to title company teams at a morning closing. Honestly, this ended due to the inconsistency in quality and service. My visit today was a total game-changer. Despite the big morning rush to school, issues ordering on the app, and the complaints of impatient kids, Jessica's phenomenal service turned it all around and saved the day! She was calm, efficient, and went out of her way to make sure our order was perfect, while playfully entertainingthe kids in the process. It's clear she is working hard to improve things here, and it shows. Thank you, Jessica, for helping restore the community's trust in this resource. 💗“
