Called and got the exact help I needed from Lanasia! She was very thorough with her explanations of care and questions. She got me set up with a Care Assistant quickly and explained the services they provide. Definitely going with Synergy for Long Term Care and services because of her!

My mother has been a client of Synergy for almost two years. Our primary caregiver is Lori S. She is a treasure to our family. She engages my mother, who is in Middle Stage Alzheimer's, in activities. She reads to her, works simple puzzles, reviews family photos and encourages my mother to "help" her in light housekeeping (washing a few dishes and counters and folding towels).
